2nd Birthday Meal

The 5yo got a second favorite meal when the Grandparents came to visit. This time it was pizza. Simple homemade crust with sausage pepperoni and cheese. Cook these high as possible in the dome indirect with preheated pizza stone for about an hour or so at 550. Pizza cooks on 10-15 mins.

That looks great. My wife would say that is overdone, but that is exactly how I like it. This is the very reason why we never split pizzas at home.
