A valid proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Dealer will be required to make a Warranty claim. For Warranty support, contact the Authorized Dealer from which the item was purchased.
You may contact any Authorized Dealer if the EGG was purchased within the United States.

Do not ship or mail any components for a Warranty claim before contacting an Authorized Dealer or Distributor, as in some cases it may not be necessary to return the warranted part. i recommend going to the counter with a bag of lump in hand for purchase, then in passing mentioning you need a warranty claim on your egg, heheh...

Until you get a replacement - you do know don't you whether it be a cracked fire ring or a cracked fire box those don't stop you from egging. Many of us here continue to use the broken parts long after we have replacements on hand.
