Roasted Mushroom and Chorizo Tacos

Got some fresh Shiitake mushrooms at the Farmer's Market this morning, mixed them with a few Crimini and roasted in cast iron on the Medium for about 45 minutes at 360ish. 

 

Kept them warm while browning up some chorizo and prepping the garnishes. Made for some fine tacos!
