Got some fresh boneless tenders kickin in the fridge. What should I do: grill em on the egg and finish with a little bbq sauce, batter and panfry, or wrap in bacon and smoke em?

I did some Sunday in Jamaican Firewalk and grilled then brushed them with a little scotch bonnet sauce.

Season the tenders with garlic salt and garlic pepper, then batter them, then deep fry them, and then toss them in a light amount of Frank's wing sauce. Ain't nothing wrong with it!

That's the best plan to me. Chicken wants to dry out when grilled. Frying the tenders solves that problem in a brilliant fashion. Can't beat the Franks wing sauce on them.Hub said:Season the tenders with garlic salt and garlic pepper, then batter them, then deep fry them, and then toss them in a light amount of Frank's wing sauce.
