Hello Eggheads! Just registered but i've been reading here for a while. I wanted to thank you all for sharing your experience with the BGE! I'm only a weekend warrior and have only done one long cook with 2 butts. Thanks to you all it came out great! The next time with the Egg we had pizza nite that also was a success..again only cuz of you all sharing pos & neg experiences.
I'm definitely still a rookie but plan on learning more and more on this forum! Thanks again and hopefully one day I'll have enough experience to offer here too!
