Roberta's pizza dough recipe from the NYT. Homemade pesto, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, tomato and fresh mozz. This did not suck. And yes, I made it!!

It is one option. And you are correct in that it stays on the parchment paper 2 or 3 minutes and then you pull the paper. The alternative is dusting your peel with semolina or corn meal. Thanks.FATC1TY said:very nice... so parchment for a bit and then remove?
