Game Day Pie

Pizza has been my nemesis ever since I bought my Egg. Well tonight folks, it finally all came together and the results were phenomenal! Homemade dough, used sliced mozzarella on the first two pies (sorry no pics) then ran out and had to finish the last one with a little fresh mozzarella. I don't like to use fresh moz b/c it's always too watery, but a little goes a long way.   Cooked at 450 for 10 minutes.
