what I learned tonight in cold weather

Maybe a couple months ago I bought a metal bottle of POMPEIAN 100% Grapeseed Oil. It is a non-stick cooking spray with no propellants so their claim appealed as it is eco-friendly. I have used it inside and am always surprised at how forceful the OVER spray is for having no propellant and no push button pump either. Well tonight I took it outside while waiting for my egg to heat up and bring my griddle up to tempature for smash burgers. Much to my surprise instead of a spray that goes all over my stove inside it p*ssed a solid stream!

never seen the product, but you build a better crust with smash burgers on a dry flat top. thats the reason for the scraper, try it dry next time. its all about that crust
