    Nice.  Now if you can somehow retrofit it with a Polonium 84 core you can cut down on wood consumption.  1 g Po = 140 watts heat.
    Plus Polonium has the added benefit of being highly toxic. just ask that Russian that was killed with Polonium by the KGB back in the day.

    if you get a removable tongue FORCE them to put a safety chain on it. Trust me when I tell you just a pin isn't enough. Also, get the double axle because Tyler doesn't have a clue about weight (ask me how i know)

    When I first read, "JUST GOT THE CALL", I thought you were headed up to the Major Leagues! In a way, you certainly are joining the Majors with the addition of Ms. Shirley.

    if you get a removable tongue FORCE them to put a safety chain on it. Trust me when I tell you just a pin isn't enough. Also, get the double axle because Tyler doesn't have a clue about weight (ask me how i know)
    I've seen the photos. I am getting the dual axles, no removable tongue. Just going to use a very stout hitch lock.

    Then you will have a trailer and smoker that will make grown men turn into little kids!  I love seeing people's reaction to my cooker. It blows their minds. Everyone will want to know where your restaurant is located!

    Well unfortunately due to a work conflict I have had to reschedule the pickup date from this weekend to 11MAR. So bummed, but it is what it is. One silver lining is that the delay has allowed me to increase the budget slightly so I am adding the 24x48 charcoal grill.
