BBQ Shrimp
Options
Cooked some BBQ shrimp for my wife's birthday party yesterday. Pealed the shrimp but left the tails on to make it easier to serve. Rubbed with Paul Prudhomme's Magic BBQ Seasoning, grilled, raised direct, at 450 for three minutes per side.

Thanks for all of the kind comments@EggNorth and @Shtgunal3, I have always found that three minutes per side is a good rule of thumb when cooking raised direct. However, I always sample one or two to make sure they are done.Summerville, SC
