Wings

Boys night (just my son and I) and wings are on the menu! 
Set up at 325 direct after letting them chill in the fridge with corn starch and SPF53 for about 12hrs. Cherry wood for smoke. Tossed in Franks Buffalo sauce and more SPF53. I thought they were our best wings yet but my 10 year old thought they were "a bit" spicy. 
Matched with some nachos. 
Gonna sleep well tonight.
