Leftover babyback Ribs

So, got over zealous when I cooked ribs yesterday. I have quite a bit of leftovers. I usual cut it off the bone and make pork tacos the next day but looking for something a little more creative. Any suggestions?

I've vacuum sealed whole or half racks and reheated in foil with good results - nice weeknight reheat dinner. Other than that, I eat them cold out of the fridge for a couple of days. Nothing creative here.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
