Been a wee while I started a fire for to cook.  Buddy heading to Mexico tomorrow so I thought I'd fill him up before 3 months of rice and beans.  A couple of racks, one naked, the other dusted down with some kind of freaky Memphis rib rub.  Three in the snow.  Good to go.
