Made some good smash burgers starting with 6 - .5lb patties this evening with boar's head Colby jack cheese for 3 full 1lb burgers.

We didn't eat them with buns since my wife has a gluten allergy so this was pretty much a health burger. Grass fed beef too. My dog was a bit upset I didn't share...can't make everyone happy.
