Finally cooked holiday meal

Started with Dutch oven bread in the oven as the egg was busy


Protiens
beef top top round roast.  Never heard of it until my mom brought it over.  Seasoned and left to dry over night.  Took forever to cook






Also put some salmon on my new grill mat




Beef was similar to prime rib
salmon was a bit dry.  Mat cooked different than cedar plank but easier
XLBGE, LBGE, Charbroil Gas Grill, Weber Q200, Old Weber Kettle, Rectec RT-B380, Yeti 65, Yeti Hopper 20, RTIC 20, RTIC 20 Soft Side - Too many drinkware vessels to mention.
