Xmas NY Strip Roast

You may have seen news coverage about the Christmas blizzard up north. No reason not to light up the BGE. Made a New York Strip Roast for the first time using help from this forum. Thanks!

I pulled mine when the internal temp hit 130, then tented it and let it rest for 20 minutes. What was your internal temp? They look the same degree of redness.Phatchris said:Looks great

Around 133, then I let it sit in my oven set at 170 for 1 1/2 hrs... It raised to 135DaveEGG said:
