Arbortec.net, never again!!

On Dec 1st I ordered a carburetor, online, for my generator from Arbortec.net. It had not arrived after 2.5 weeks. A follow up e-mail to them (12-19) was answered that it had shipped and they would get me the tracking #. I still have not received the part or tracking #. While only about $25, I want/need the generator ready to go the next time we lose power.

I would appreciate any suggestions about how to resolve this.

Stuff shipped from China (pronounced "Gyna") can typically take 4-6 weeks. And the tracking number usually doesn't cover the whole trip.

Is he in Gyna? Could take 4-6 weeks for a response.

Direct from China is not like Amazon Prime. I frequently order small parts from vendors in China/HongKong on ebay and it almost always takes a month for things to arrive.

Unless they are shipping via FedEx (rather than say, ChinaPost) a tracking number isn't of much help.
