I just put in a request for $150 for the other one. The box looks like it spent 5 minutes in the ring with my toddler and a 5 iron but they have an inspection policy and 30 day return so we'll see. My goal is to build it in to my table and make a little cover for it so i can use it for a prep station when I'm not using it and keep it out of the elements as best as possible (i'm going to build a roof for my table as well) So we'll see.
And @DMW it's not about the money! It's about winning!!! (My wife saw me with my computer and my phone earlier and said, "this is why you don't go to Vegas alone...")"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

I WON!!!
They accepted my bid for $150 for the second one they had in stock.
It wasnt as as exciting as winning the original one. But hey, I bet the shrimp fried rice and smashburgers taste the same."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@Ozzie_Isaac you would have appreciated the note I left when asking them to price match. It was filled with "don't let the cold weather shrink your heart like the Grinch..merry Christmas. From lil Cindy Lou Who.

Auctions like ebay are terrible places to buy things with high demand. Great place to sell them.GregW said:
I agree, I have always thought that people generally get caught up in the auction mentality and wind up paying too much.Botch said:I stood in the cold, rain, and sometimes snow for three years' worth of farm sale auctions, in North Dakota, trying to score a 14" Delta bandsaw.
Ended up buying new, on sale, when I moved to utard, for less than some of the final sale prices at most of those sales. Haven't been to an auction in over twenty years now.
They're great places to buy expensive low-demand stuff....like proprietary commercial controller panels for HVAC.
Is this for a 36" Blackstone Stainless Griddle? I didn't see the link.

@nolaegghead you keep that attitude up and you won't be getting any pancakes with bacon and Jack Daniels infused syrup when you come to Nashville...
Besides it's my in laws money anyways. They were willing to pay full price. Half the present was messing around on EBay."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
