Seared veal chops

Picked up some fresh veal chops from the Persian market down the street for 5.49/lb. Seared on the large around 550 for a couple flips each side. Also some asparagus, green onions, and serrano peppers on the side. There's a strip steak in one of the pictures as well.
Veal is farking delicious. It dominated the strip steak. Super tender. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Thanks @Little Steven. I wasn't even aware there were different types until I just googled it. It wasn't labeled either way, so not sure.
