Probably getting a Blackstone for Christmas...if my wife is good to me that is...
Assuming my wife is good to me...what are the essential accessories for the blackstone...here is my stab at it:
1. A couple of good spatulas
2. A scraper
3. A couple of bacon/burger presses
4. A couple of squeeze bottles
5. A couple of domes to melt cheese on burgers etc.
What else...do the packages/kits that Blackstone offer provide good value?

this works well for smashing/scraping/splitting wood chunks
i use this mostly for smash burgers. did buy a cheese melting dome but alot of sauce pot tops work just as well. a long spatula is good for rice, steak and cheese, etc, most places dont carry those, looking online is easier

I really enjoy my blackstone. It works great as a accessory to the egg but it also works great for camping, no regrets lol

I saw a nice looking blackstone kit at lowes the other day. I think it had a scraper, a spatula and a couple bottles

I have that kit along with a couple other heavy duty spatulas from Amazon. The spatulas have some flex to them, but they function fine. I use all, except for when doing smash burgers. The scraper is heavy dutyGATABITES said:@BGE Convert

I was not happy with the quality of the Blackstone accessory kit pieces. Bottles too small to be useful. Spatulas too flexible. Get better stuff. Dexter/Russel has good spatulas. Restaurant Depot has all kinds of bottles. You will want one for water and one for any oil you like. A gallon of "Whirl Butter" (liquid butter flavored shortening) that cooks like butter but at high temps is something I really found I like for breakfast foods. Need another bottle for that.
A couple size melting domes and a couple sizes of presses are nice to have.

You've got it covered. I have Winco and Norpro spatulas from Amazon. A long pair of tongs are nice. And lard...I like to season mine with lard. I give it a good smear for storage too, never had rust issuesBGE Convert said:Assuming my wife is good to me...what are the essential accessories for the blackstone...here is my stab at it:

Do you keep yours covered outside in the elements? Im contemplating on storing in the garage or on the deck. My preference is the deck. But it cold as hell here in MD. I dont know if i will use it much during the winter with snow and extreme temps.ColtsFan said:

I do have the cover they sell for it. It is stored under a covered patio...so it's out of the elements for the most partGATABITES said:
