Sunday evening SRF Filets and lobster tails

Haven't Egged in what seems like forever. Grilled a couple of SRF filets and a couple lobster tails for the wife and I. Cooked to perfection. Cheers, and thanks for looking.

Another recent toy I just added. First cook with them. I'll be the first to admit that I drink the kool aid. I really enjoy this hobby and a little bit spent here and there doesn't hurt.

@YEMTrey: i dont trust that these were as good as you say....soooo, I as representative of all eggers here on this forum and magnanimously volunteering my time to help verify. I request that you make the identical meal and cook for one more so that i can sample and report back on this forum for the sake of the integrity of big green egg cooking!
