Costco Pork Loin

Costco had $8.00 off pork loins this week. I got a 9LB loin, normally 1.99/lb and with discount I got it for $10.00. Out of the loin I got 2 nice 8" long roast and 10- 1"+ chops. Tonight I cooked one of the roasts in a coffee rub wrapped in bacon. Cooked it on 375 indirect with some pecan and cherry wood. Took about 1hr and 45 minutes to reach 145 internal and it was perfect. Also put a 7Lb whole beef tenderloin on. It took about 50 minutes to reach 135 internal.
