New to Forum

I purchased my XL in May and have been nothing but happy.  My wife says I have a problem.  I have always enjoyed grilling and using our pig cooker (full size with 2 extra burners for sides) but nothing compares to my egg, as all of you are aware.  I typically cook for 8+ people so the XL seemed to be my best option.  One of my favorite things, currently, is beef jerky.  I have cooked jerky on the egg the past 5 weekends and have really enjoyed it.  I look forward to learning from some of you professionals moving forward.  Here are a couple cooks we have had.
