Brined boobs n stuff

I brined some boobs with the normal water, salt n sugar brine and I added some cloves.

Cooked some green beans with bacon and chicken stock in the DO on the small at 340ish for about 4 1/2hrs till they almost melted.  Cooked the chicken on the mini at about 425 direct and glazed with a honey/mustard glaze the last 10mins.

Made some cauli mash with a mushroom gravy on the cooktop.

Only one photo and it's not an egg shot. My bad.
