Good luck. Brisket cooks are about the most fun you can have on a BGE.
Observation-I would add more rub if you can-beef can take it. And it's not too late to cut a notch across the grain on the end so that you know the direction to slice once you have created the meteorite. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

Dang- looks great and quite the colour. Congrats on nailing the cook. If you can win with a flat you are blessed and home-free with a packer.
For the record-I have hosed up many flat cooks and was destined to the flat farm til the local Costco saw the light and started offering packers.
