Eureka! Attn: Blackstone Owners

As the Holiday's quickly approach, all of us that host, face the challenge of keeping everything hot. Enter the Blackstone. We traditionally have Thanksgiving with one side of the family a few weeks early, which was yesterday. Being a new Blackstone owner this is my first holiday feast with it in my possession. Turns out, the Blackstone makes an excellent warming plate to keep all those side dishes warm. I fired up one side on med/low and just sat the covered dishes/pyrex/disposable foil pans directly on its surface. Worked like a charm.
