Today was pizza night. Ernestina just switched from King Arthur to Bobs Red Mill. As good as the pizzas were with the KA this one was better....

@dougcrann, great looking pizza!! which variety of bob's flour did she use?
@rrp, ron, bob's red mill is all over though selections vary by store, at least they do around here. store locator on their website says several stores around peoria carry it. It's usually not with the standard baking stuff. Try the gluten free/all natural section.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
