Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Really easy with great taste.
Mixed some fresh chives,oregano, garlic and some lemon zest into the turkey meat. Made 6 thin patties and put a slice of moz and some fresh basil on 3 of them
Covered those 3 with the other 3 and put in the freezer to firm up
Cooked on the mini around 550 direct. No pics because it was dark outside. Just off egg
Put a lil fresh marinara,parm and basil on top
The flavor was great and will be repeated. Thanks for looking.
