Ribs and Boston butt
has anyone ever smoked both at the same time. Got some family coming into town for the Georgia game. was thinking ribs for lunch then butt for dinner.

You could easily do 2 butts and 2 racks of St. Louis cut ribs on a CGS adjustable rig with the oval stone and the second grate on the extender.
