Northern NJ Egg Heads looking to have a Cook

So I was wondering how many EggHeads are located in Northern NJ ( or close enough for a day trip) and would you be interested in a Mini (small in size not using a Mini Egg) Eggfest before the cold weather takes over the Northeast. I can look into finding a spot or just have it at my house depending on how many would like to attend. I have a Xl and MM so we might need a few more to cook on. I have not been able to attend any Eggfest over the past 15 months and I am feeling deprived.
Think it would be fun and a chance to learn some tips and try some different food while hanging with people with similar interests.

I'm located in central NJ and would be interested, but have no idea how I'd transport my XL.

I put mine in the back of my Honda Pilot with the next next to it. I take the insides out to make it lighter. Really seems harder than it sounds but does take 2 people

I'm in North Jersey and have a few eggs. Mini Max is mobile enough for a short trip. Would be cool to get a few eggheads together and do a little cooking. I'm in if you piece it together, or PM me and maybe I could help you put it together.

Great, so we have 3 (so far), come on their has to be more than 3 in Northern NJ. I will work on some dates and re post possible dates. With the holidays coming up we will see that works.
