Some skirt action and smores

https://youtu.be/u7aDstrDMf0

Trying to come out of a funk I've had for a while now.  We were grocery shopping today and there were some great deals on meat that were marked down.  I thought I'd get some to vac seal and freeze and to cook today and tomorrow.

One of the items was a decent looking skirt steak.

Made an infused oil for a marinade.  Heated some canola oil in a skillet.  Threw in a couple cloves of minced fresh garlic and a handful of Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Let that merry a little until the garlic was getting somewhat brown.  Added some woreshire sauce at the end, let cool, and throw it on the skirt.

Made a simple sauce that consisted of red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar (at the end).

Turned out decent.  Cooked over Rockwood around 500° direct.

Ended the meal with smores.
