Found out a friend spent some time in the hospital this past week so I thought I'd help make dinner for her fam. Ordered an enameled rib rack recently so I thought this would be a great opportunity to test out on the BGE. Baby backs, here we come! Used the 2-2-1 method with some Montreal steak seasoning and Rufus Teague rub with some apple & pecan wood.
Going in at 225

They came out great! And added a smoked kielbasa for good measure.

Added some twice baked potatoes
and some corn wheels
Dinner is served.

It's a decent rub. I usually make my own but thought I'd give it a try. I feel like it has a chili powder flavoring stand alone but I don't notice it much when it's cooked on the meat. I've used it on brisket, pulled pork, tritip, and ribs. All have come out good.XLentEGG said:looks great !
