Flame Boss 200  You can even adjust the temp from a remote location.  Also, you can give a buddy a website and they can watch your cook.  Don't give the password and he won't be able to adjust anything...just watch the info.

To do what you want would require a thermo that can connect to your home router via WiFi.

There aren't too many "thermometer only" units that will do that. The few that do are expensive enough that for a few bucks more you can get a pit controller that would allow you to not only monitor your temps but to adjust them if necessary.

You don't have to use the fan controller part of those - you could just monitor temps.
