after talking to the NOLA Krew at Eggfest this year, I decided to give their Cajun Pork Loin a run. Seemed a pretty easy recipe off their website.
Couldn't find the Cajun Injector brand Cajun Garlic Butter injection at the local Kroger, so I made my own.
Wife and the kids devoured the entire thing. No leftovers were to be had.
