Cast Iron Turkey Breast

This is the second time I've done this. The first time was in an oven - no Egg available. Last night, did it on the Egg.

    Very nice, on my list to do soon.  Did you have to put liquid in the pan or just the juice from the meat was enough?

    Edit: I see in the original post the liquid is the butter.

    Thanks for the nudge...been awhile since I've cooked a turkey breast...this looks good will try the butter, honey and veggies with it.
