Had a couple of Cornish hens and came up with this!

Stoker II wifi, Thermapen, and a Fork for plating photo purposes -
Calypso is a Seasoning from the Caribeque Seasoning and Rub line. And mojo is a Cuban marinade/sauce that is used alot on pork and other Cuban dishes.
