Jumbo skrimp, marinaded with a little bit of EVOO and DP IPA for a few hrs.  Found a great use for my tourne on the veins.  Used a few nests of Marc Vetri's egg yolk dough noodles.  Put the skrimp in a layer of melted Kerrygold and a sprinkle of more IPA.

Even Booger's fire is cute.

Targeted 175, it settled in at 169 with all bottom vents closed, top one open. Got up to 172.  The Thunder Gods have been merciful of Booger yet again.

One hour rolling of cherry.

Wags Chefs skillet is screaming in record time.

30 second stir fry for each row.

Rolling boil as instructed by Marc, 2 min on the frozen pasta, strain.

Added the smoked butter to a hot pan, then noodle.  Fresh out of herbage, wasn't about to run for it now.  Didn't skimp on the parm, added skrimp, and gave it a quick toss.

Glorious seafood to pasta ratio.

Started out with plans to eat half.  I couldn't stop, and proceeded to pig out, cleaning the bowl like a kid with cereal milk.  In my defense, I did skip lunch.  Sometimes, ya gotta say Fock it, and keep hammerin'. Hahaha

Thanks fer lookin'.

Thanks Mo, a few.  Let me know when you're comin', and I'll put my last case of Spotted Cow and racks of Berkwood spares in the fridge.  Then we'll get Bent River, Sam for backup lol.
