    That looks good. Our first batch were in the 5 lb range. I used the foofsaver. It works ok but struggles with a bit of moisture. The nex batch (week later) would be in the 6 lb range but I cut them all up. Sounds like this would work well. Thanks for the update

    For those of you into coffee and espresso, I have been sealing my unground beans in pint mason jars in the VP210. If there is any difference in the flavor, I cannot taste it even after 2 weeks storage.
