needing some help. Picked up some sirloin steaks that are cut like a 1/4 inch thick. What's best method for cooking these? Thanks in advance!

Those sound like minute steaks and they are going to cook fast on direct heat. I would make Fajitas out of them. basically sear them each side for now more then a minute a side at 500 to 600, let rest, slice and make your fajitas. Others I am sure will have other ideas.

for a cook that quick you may just want to pan sear 1 min per side“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Pound them out thin and flat (yes, even thinner) and top with gilled onions, peppers and your favorite cheese. Roll them up and grill them medium high heat direct. Slice and serve. This will also give them some added moisture.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
