Well it wasn't on my LBGE.
It was on my new GMG pellet grill.
Second cook and I wanted to put it through its paces.
Well it turned out some excellent pork. Moist and juicy. SWMBO said it was some of the best I have done to date. That's big coming from her.
50 lbs raw netted me about 29 lbs finished. The drip bucket must have had 1.5 lt of grease in it.
