Pizza Night - Web Redemption

I have cooked a lot of Pizza's on the Egg and in July I had a situation where I had left the dough on the peel for too long and it stuck.  I forced the Pizza onto the Stone and a chunk of it ended on my gasket... and scorched it.  Today was the first time that I have attempted Pizza since.  

Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Green Pepper.  600 degrees preheated for 45 minutes, cooked about 7 or so minutes... turned out excellent!  It was nice not having to worry about the temperature spiking and frying the gasket now that I have a Rutland.
