Just getting started on my table for a large egg. When we remodeled our kitchen island, I saved the piece of granite that came off of it. I'm basically designing this table around that piece of granite. I'm no pro at Google Sketchup, but it's been a big help being able to visualize what I'm doing. Here's a few screenshots of my drawing and where I'm at so far.

Looks like it's coming along nicely!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

I hope you like that garage. You hang out here much and your wife will promptly evict you. On the other hand, you will have an awesome fleet of cooking machines and know all the best spots to buy prime meat and how to get good deals on lump. Very nicely done. What is your dust collection system? I see the hose running to something in one of the first pictures but see a large shopvac further back in the pic.

Thanks! The shop vac is connected to the mitre saw. The planer and the table saw hook up to this...feef706 said:Very nicely done. What is your dust collection system? I see the hose running to something in one of the first pictures but see a large shopvac further back in the pic.
