Petite tenderloin popper

A friend gave me this the other day, 1.5 lb petite tenderloin stuffed with jalapeño and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon. Interesting cook, cheese leaked out, may try this myself, but the meat needed to be butterflied, not just sliced part way. But it was good!

Just to add to what's already been said.... Then there's the old saying " It started off like a butterfly kissing a flower but ended up like a bulldog eating porridge"..

Does sound and look tasty though..

@Legume: Have you been to the Stuffed Store? I think they are local here in Austin. There are two or three stores around town. You can also eat a casual meal at the store.

Yes - they are local. I really like their boudin, they have good music there sometimes as well.
