Moink Balls

Just a question here, I'm going to be going to gathering with a regular grill and limited time to cook. I was wondering if I can mainly cook these prior to leaving right up to but not saucing them. Upon arrival I was thinking I could sauce them and just heat them from there. I think I should be fine, what say ye? Thanks.

Fully cook them ahead of time, cool them on a rack or layers of paper towels until totally cool. Then box them up---finish on site by heating and coating with bang bang sauce or BBQ sauce--All good

  • you can fully cook and sauce and then reheat

easier.  toss them in a suitable reheating 'vessel'.  foil pan, or casserole dish or whatever.  with foil on top
