fired up the egg late to make a couple of pizzas with excess dough. One of each and a 1/2 and 1/2 on a GF crust from local pizza place. Breakfast and lunch tomorrow.
1. Chopped brisket, onion, sweet hot jalapeños, blue cheese crumbles
2. Cream cheese/bacon jam/maple syrup base, sliced chicken maple sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, finished with maple syrup drizzle.

The breakfast pizza looks awesome - did you pre-cook the eggs?LBGE - St. Louis, MO; MM & LBGE - around 8100' somewhere in the CO Front Range

Thanks. Yep, just basic seasoned scrambled eggs, but we undercooked them before putting them on the pizza so they didn't end up dried out. Next time I think I will probably fold a little cheese in them as well. In fact, next time I think I'll half cook the rest of the pizza first and then add the eggs and finish.MO_Eggin said:The breakfast pizza looks awesome - did you pre-cook the eggs?THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
Looks delicious! “There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Undercooked the eggs. They were very moist, just firm enough to handle. See answer above on what I may try next time.THEBuckeye said:
