Yesterday's Brisket

Full packer brisket from Restaurant Depot. Meat Church Holy Cow and hickory chunks. This one was very tender and juicy. It lived up to it's name when the wife grabbed a piece as I was slicing it and said "HOLY COW THIS IS DELICIOUS!" Step-son stopped by for lunch today and re-heated some brisket in the microwave. Looks at me and say "holy crap this is good. You barely touch it with your fork and it slices."
