I have to make a disclosure to the forum. I am a pizza-holic.

In order to move forward with my treatment, the first step is to acknowledge I have a problem. Folks, I am addicted to fresh mushroom, red pepper, onion, garlic, tomato and basil pizza on 00 dough.

I might need to go away for about 30 days......but will be thinking of you all. In my absence, I will leave @theyolksonyou @Dyal_SC and @Jeremiah in charge of making smart @ss comments, poorly spelled responses.......and an occasional piece of useful information on my behalf. I am open to alternative treatment if any of you have any successful options.......please respond quickly, as I am low on Mozzarella cheese supplies. I wish to avoid a trip down to the corner (grocery store) for a score. Please help!

Blind....thank you for that. I have made some progress in this area, having apologized to my family and neighbors. You are right......It is time for me to extend beyond those who have to put up with me daily. If any of you have been hurt by my cooks, comments or remarks, know that it was the pizza that had a hold on me......and I want to sincerely apologize to you all. It will likely be a while until I am freed of this illness. Thanks for your kind comments and support.

Thanks Mark.....There were a few pieces of crust....sorry wife gave them to Maddie and Kodi.....and they were really not deserving.
