this was too easy, 140 for 2.5 hours, didnt even bother to sterilize the jars =)

    I was wondering what the heck the point was of using sous vide for something that doesn't require heat in the first place, and then I saw, "didn't even bother to sterilize the jars..."  Now THAT sounds like an advantage!!!

    im just hoping thats ok =)  the low temps also keeps them crisper, im thinking canning temps would turn them to mush. these had the lids pop   with the low temp bath
