Need help finding a good rib rack

I like to use a rack to hold my ribs sort of upright in the my Large BGE, but every one I've tried has failed me simply by having the slots too narrow. The ribs go in the slots fine, and seem to have enough room between them, but they expand so much during the cook that it's a real pain to get them out and I frequently destroy the bark and mess up the surface of the ribs in the process.
Many of the racks are designed with five slots, but I never do more than four and that would be my ideal, with nice wide slots (about 2 ½ inches would be perfect). Seems like it would be a simple thing to find. Any suggestions? Stainless steel would be best.

This is what I use. Do yourself a favor and give it a spray with PAM beforehand...

You would think so, and that's where I started. But the slots are only 1 ¾ inches wide and that's not enough. Maybe the ribs I get are just especially meaty, but I almost always have trouble getting them out without messing them up.rmr62 said:I use that BGE V-rack thing---works greatCincinnati, Ohio. Put the ribs in the rack "upside down"OhioEgger said:

I sympathize, as I also struggled with racks that were too narrow. Recently picked up a Napoleon rib rack with roasting pan for $14.99 CAD. Very high quality and large slots in which the ribs do not become stuck.
Looks like the one I am describing is not currently available. After going through several others that didn't fit the bill, I love mine....

I have one of these. Really solid material, none of it bends. I'd buy another.

Despite what the link says, I bought mine at a local store independent of a Napoleon barbecue purchase (though I do own the P500RSIB).OhioEgger said:
