Grilled chicken

I asked for advice for my first grilled chicken cook. Actually my first direct grilled anything. I went 450. It took a little longer than I expected to get to temp but it held really well. I also didn't raise the grill. I was a bit surprised that I had to work it like the old days on the Weber kettle. Chick was brined with my go to. I use oj for chick and apple for pork. 2 cups juice 1/4C kosher plus flavors. This was harrissa, smoked paprika, garlic and b pepper. Sometimes Mex, Chi, Jap or whatever. Wife said best chicken in years. Grilled butternut squash, Persian lime infused olive oil, cumin and cayenne and eggplant in olive oil s&p
